Delivery Method:
We offer 2 delivery methods: Airmail and Express Mail (Such as DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx, etc.)

Delivery Time:
1. The delivery time by Express Mail to most countries is about 3~9 working days.
2. The delivery time by Airmail to some main countries (including United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, etc.) is about 7~12 working days.
3. The delivery time by Airmail to other most countries is about 7~20 working days.
4. Most times you will receive your order within reasonable days after we transfer your parcel to the transport company, but we cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the transport company has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions.
5. If you haven't received items in the appropriate days, please feel free to contact us via email. We will make every effort to fix any problem, such as resending or refunding.

Import Customs Duty:
1. Buyers in the United States and the European Union do not need to pay any import duties and taxes when they receive the package, and usually we will pay this fee for you when shipping. Under special circumstances, if you have to pay import duties and taxes, please contact us after payment and we will return you a discount coupon with the same amount.
2. About buyers in other countries and regions, if you choose to ship the package by Airmail, the customs usually don't levy the import duties and taxes. If you choose to ship the package by Express Mail, such as DHL or FedEx, the customs usually levy the import duties and taxes. If you have to pay import duties and taxes, please contact us after payment and we will return you a discount coupon with the same amount.
3. When the transport company or the customs informs you to pay the import duties, if you don't agree to pay, the package will be returned or destroyed, and the customer need to bear all responsibility and cost.

1. The warranty period is two years.

3. The Linear Actuators are the customized products, we need to produce them according to the specified parameters in your order, so that we do not accept returns or cancel orders. If customers order unsuitable linear actuators themselves, we also do not accept exchanges, please understand.
4. The item must be returned to us in its original and unused condition with its original box, packaging material, contents, and accessories.
5. You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your items.
