Introduction:
This is a remote control kit designed specifically for the remote operation of a single-phase asynchronous dual-capacitance AC motor.
This remote control kit consists of a control box, a wired control handle and a remote.
Using this remote control kit, we can remotely control the AC motor. In this way, we can use both the remote control and the wired handle to operate the forward and reverse rotation of the AC motor, which is more convenient to use.
Feature:
Wireless control, simple wiring, easy installation.
Universal power: Support 220V AC (220V~240V) used in Germany, UK, France, etc.
Forward and reverse dual control.
Signal stability with anti-interference capabilities; strong signals can pass through the wall.
In open areas, it can realize 100 meters long-distance all-round remote control.
The remote uses waterproof rubber pads and IP65 grade shell, which greatly increases the waterproof, dust-proof and drop-proof performance.
High-quality imported chips, long service life.

Wiring Diagram for Wired Operation of AC Motor:
How to connect the control box to the AC motor:
1) Remove the cover of the original junction box of the AC motor.
2) Remove two original power cables and two connecting tabs.
3) Connect the Z2, U2, U1, and V1 output wires of the control box to the Z2, U2, U1, and V1 terminals in the AC motor junction box.
4) Plug the control box's power plug into the AC power.
How to operate the AC motor with the control box:
The AC motor can be operated by the remote control and wired handle at the same time.
1) By wired handle:
The wired handle has two buttons.
Press and hold the button <UP> of the handle, the AC motor rotates in positive direction.
Release the button <UP>, the AC motor stops.
Press and hold the button <DOWN> of the handle, the AC motor rotates in reversal direction.
Release the button <DOWN>, the AC motor stops.
2) By remote control:
The remote control has four buttons: <START>, <STOP>, <UP>, <DOWN>.
First press the button <START>, then you can use the button <UP> or the button <DOWN> to operate the AC motor.
Press and hold the button <UP>, the AC motor rotates in positive direction.
Release the button <UP>, the AC motor stops.
Press and hold the button <DOWN>, the AC motor rotates in reversal direction.
Release the button <DOWN>, the AC motor stops.
Note: Once we have pressed the button <STOP>, we can no longer use the button <UP> or the button <DOWN> to operate the AC motor, thus preventing false triggering.
How to pair the remote control with the control box:
Note: We have paired the remote to the control box before leaving the factory, so you don't need to do this process again.
1) Disconnect the power of the control box.
2) Press and hold the <STOP> and <DOWN> buttons of the remote at the same time until the red and green indicator lights on the remote flash alternately.
3) Turn on the power to the control box immediately at this time, and the indicator light on the remote will go out immediately. Then you can release the <STOP> and <DOWN> buttons.
4) Press the <START> button of the remote, then you can use the <UP> and <DOWN> buttons of the remote to operate the AC motor.
Note: The <STOP> and <DOWN> buttons should always be pressed during the pairing process. The control box must be powered on within 5 seconds of pressing the buttons.
