Working Principle:
Transmitter CK-DR is a special remote control that is triggered by a dry contact signal. It has two trigger lines for connecting a dry contact output signal from an equipment, such as warning host, detector, sensor, limit switch, Programmable Logic Controllers and so on.
When two trigger lines are connected, it will transmit a wireless signal "ON". When two trigger lines are disconnected, it will transmit a wireless signal "OFF".
This transmitter can be combined with different types of receivers to form a wireless control system, and this system is used to wirelessly control another device via a dry contact output signal from one device.

Application:
You can use this transmitter with the receiver to remotely control another AC or DC device by the dry contact of a device. Such as sensor automatic control system. You can connect a sensor with dry contact to this transmitter, and connect an AC or DC device to the receiver, then this device will be automatically turned on or off through the sensor.
When the sensor is activated, the transmitter will emit a wireless signal "ON". When the receiver receives this wireless signal, it will activate its relay to turn on the device.
When the sensor is deactivated, the transmitter will emit a wireless signal "OFF". When the receiver receives this wireless signal, it will deactivate its relay to turn off the device.

Triggering method: When two trigger wires are connected, the signal LED on the transmitter flashes immediately, and the transmitter sends a wireless signal "ON". After the transmission is completed, the signal LED goes out. When two trigger wires are disconnected, the signal LED flashes immediately, and the transmitter sends a wireless signal "OFF". After the transmission is completed, the signal LED goes out.

Working Range:
With a receiver (such as S1UA-DC-ANT3) to form a complete set, the maximum working distance may reach 1500 feet or 500 meters in an open area.
The maximum working distance is based on theoretical data without obstacles and any RF interference. In practice, it will be hindered by trees, walls, or other construction, and will be interfered with by other wireless signals. Therefore, the actual working distance may not reach this maximum distance.

Usage:
If you want to control the second device by the first device with the dry contact, do as following:
1. Connect the second device to the receiver's output terminal.
2. Connect the dry contact of the first device to the transmitter’s two trigger wires.
3. When the first device is activated, and the dry contact is connected, the transmitter will emit a wireless signal "ON". When the receiver receives this wireless signal, it will activate its relay to turn on the second device.
4. When the first device is disactivated, and the dry contact is disconnected, the transmitter will emit a wireless signal "OFF". When the receiver receives this wireless signal, it will deactivate its relay to turn off the second device.
